You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

MatchaHype is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


6. Incorrect Address

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

We will assist you, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
