2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival
- The item did not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences)
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@MatchaHype.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email must include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to provide proper proof may result in rejection of the request.
4. Refund Policy
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
OR - A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost (based on your preference)
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
